Allison Leigh Hager-Faester, a beloved wife, daughter, sister, and friend, passed away on Oct. 27, 2024, at the age of 43.
Born May 8, 1981, to Keith and Kim (Heibert) Hager, Allison was known for her boundless generosity, strong work ethic, and devotion to her family and friends. She had a special love for cooking, picking out the perfect gifts, and sharing long conversations. Her husband, Aage B. Faester, was the love of her life, and she cherished their nearly 12 years together.
Allison was preceded in death by her grandparents, Kenneth and Lois Hager, and Walter and Regina Heibert; her aunt, Jennifer Hager; and her beloved pet, Lauren.
She is survived by her husband, Aage; her parents, Keith and Kim; her siblings, Samuel and Katherine; her pet, Kiki; and many family members and friends who will deeply miss her.
A gifted leader in the healthcare industry, Allison served as director of population health and senior partner manager, roles that took her around the world. Her love of travel was not confined to work; she and Aage shared a passion for visiting new places, but none were as dear to her heart as her family’s farm in Kentucky.
Allison found joy in life’s simple pleasures—music, small animals, vintage fashion, and a good home-cooked meal. She was known for making the best no-bake cookies and for her philanthropy, friendship, and unwavering commitment to her community.
