Annetta Louise (Bishoff) Mangrum

Mrs. Annetta Louise (Bishoff) Mangrum, age 87, of Brandenburg, KY, passed away on Thursday, April 3, 2025, at Baptist Health Hardin in Elizabethtown, KY.  Mrs. Mangrum was born on February 24, 1938, the daughter of Alpha Buren and Zula (Jupin) Bishoff.

Mrs. Mangrum loved her family and her church.  She was a member of Bethel Methodist Church, where she was active in the Ladies Circle and the Church Choir.

Mrs. Mangrum was preceded in death by her parents; her first husband, Dennie Phillip Benham; her brother, Donald Bishoff; and five sisters, Jeanette Burba, Nina Allen, Carolyn, Marilyn and Betty Bishoff.  She is survived by her loving husband, Lester M. Mangrum; 8 children, Susan Elaine Benham (Mike) Shoulders, Anita (Leo) Faust, Jeffery Phillip Benham, Terry N. (Shebra) Benham, Lori D. Rusch (Paul), Danna L. Bennett, Gary Scott (Katrina) Benham, Stephani Harris; three step children, Michael Wayne (Joyce) Mangrum, Thomas Glenn (Terri) Mangrum, and Lester Keith (Rita) Mangrum; 20 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and 8 great-great grandchildren; and three sisters, Alma Lambert, Shirley Powell, and Pamela L. Powell.

Funeral services will be held at 12:00 Noon on Monday, April 7, 2025, at the chapel of the Hager Funeral Home, with Rev. Dan Paddack officiating.  Burial will follow in Bethel Methodist Cemetery.  Visitation will be held at the funeral home from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM on Saturday, from 12:00 Noon until 5:00 PM on Sunday; and from 10:00 AM until the time of service on Monday.
